Perhaps a traditional Victorian or maybe a more ornate Edwardian or maybe you would prefer something more modern. At Yeoman we have something for everyone and always bear in mind we have been fitting conservatories for thirty years so we know what we are talking about.

Product finishes

Using the latest energy rated products you can be sure to be getting the best that’s on offer. When it comes to conservatory roofs we use the award winning Ultraframe roof systems and you can choose from thirty five millimeter energy efficient polycarbonate or twenty four millimeter A rated toughened glass which comes in tinted, anti sun, bronze, blue or clear and you can even have self cleaning.

Vented roof systems (especially if you face south) are available in manual self wind or remotely controlled electric systems which will help with the climate control in your conservatory. We also offer air conditioning systems and electrical fan systems.

Planning Permission and Building Regulations

One of the great advantages of adding a conservatory to your home is that in England and Wales you won't usually need planning permission. There are some exceptions such as conservation areas and listed buildings. Our consultants will guide you through this process and in the event planning permission is required Yeoman will handle all of this for you. The same goes for building regulation approval where required.
